WHO AM I?
Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn't really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That's because they were able to connect experiences they've had and synthesize new things.- Steve Jobs
I like narrate beautiful stories with imagery & making good stuff trough projects…
Belgian graphic designer living in Norway since 2018, I entered the "creative world" during my childhood. Dreamer, I still have my head in the sky. Myths, legends, fantastic creatures, ancient civilizations and love stories told by my mother, I develop an affinity with the imaginary world and wish to become a painter. But this area does not provide an easy and comfortable life. My parents advised me to choose another direction and finally, I decided to follow the path of technical drawing.
My high school diploma in hand, I continue to university but for lack of attendance and interest, I leave school for a short time. After discovering computers, I started a new course in graphic design where I learned to use Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Dreamweaver, and Flash. But also Quark X-Press for editing, 3D Studio Max and some programming languages to create websites.
During my studies, I discovered digital art (using photomontage) on Deviantart, a major creative community, which I joined in 2006. In 2008 after many hours of testing and practice, I found my format, my style and create under the pseudonym of Darkyria Design, symbol and reflect of my art and personality. A beautiful mix between dream and reality, black and white, heaven and hell. It is under this nickname that I collaborated as a book cover designer for publishing houses, private authors, events agency… I had also created tutorials for some creative magazines.
Today, I prefer to say goodbye to Darkyria Design and work under my real name because my creative world is broader than digital art and illustration. My digital imagery is available on the web for printing on Society6.

Musical SphereI'm an eclectic person, I like all kind of music but I have a little preference for "Rock", "Metal", "Soundtracks" and "Epic Score". When I'm behind the screen I'm not able to create without listening to music, it's important for me despite coffee and chocolate ^^ I feel music like the freshness in the air, I'm sensitive to her because like books I'm able to escape my mind through songs. And I'm feeling better by listening to music. If you want a little preview, click on the link below and discover some playlists I created : Discover on Spotify
